This is an annual membership that renews 365 days from your join date. You will receive a notice 30 days and 15 days prior to automatic membership renewal with instructions on how to cancel your membership should you choose to do so. Cancellation instructions are always available in the Start Here category of the Library. You may cancel any membership at any time. However you will retain access until the end of your annual period. See our refund policy below.

All first-time or renewal membership payments are non-refundable after seven days. ExpaCity does not give full or partial refunds at any time after the eighth day of first-time or renewed membership, nor credits for partial-year memberships or unwatched ExpaCity content.

All BLACK FRIDAY membership purchases are non-refundable.
ExpaCity is a legal registered business in Portugal and required by law to collect payment details for tax purposes. We comply with European Union GDPR data privacy standards and will never sell or give your data to anyone. Period.

All memberships -- except BLACK FRIDAY memberships -- come with a seven-day, no-risk, money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied in the first seven days of your first-time membership (except for Black Friday memberships), you may cancel your membership by following the instructions in the Library or by sending an email to info@expacity.com. You must initiate cancellation in the Library or your email must be received BEFORE your eighth day of first-time or renewal membership in order to receive a refund. Simply cancel by following the instructions in the Start Here category in the Library or email info@expacity.com before the start of day eight of your first-time or renewal membership (except Black Friday memberships) and we'll refund your payment in full.

Partner fees are non-refundable as they are administrative fees to link memberships manually.
